Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Billing
• A one-off $29 sign-up fee is required to commence any membership.
• Standard memberships are billed weekly, with treatments redeemable on a monthly basis.
• For customised skin memberships, billing may differ. These plans are often contracted to align with a structured treatment program and may include a fixed end date, rather than continuing on an ongoing basis.
• If you sign up mid-month and wish to redeem a treatment before your billing cycle commences, a gap payment will be required. Alternatively, you may choose to wait until the start of the next month to commence a membership.
Non-Transferable
• Membership benefits are strictly non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the registered member.
No-Show / Cancellation Policy
• Any appointment missed or cancelled without a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited for that month’s entitlement.
Payment Issues
• If a payment is missed, your membership will be paused until the outstanding balance is settled. During this time, membership benefits will not be accessible.
Membership Discount Benefits
• Occasionally, discounts may need to be manually applied. If you notice a discount has not been recognised at the time of booking, please inform our team prior to your appointment.
• Product discounts are exclusive to active members and cannot be combined with other offers or applied to already discounted items.
• A discount code will be supplied to members for online bookings of additional services. This code is exclusive to the member and must not be shared. If shared or misused, membership benefits may be revoked.
Booking Deposits
• If prompted to pay a deposit during booking, this typically means our team has not yet updated the system to reflect your membership for that week. Unless there is an overdue payment on your account, you may attend your appointment as normal.
Cancellation & Pausing of Membership
• A minimum of one week’s notice is required to cancel a standard membership. Benefits will cease seven days from the date we receive your cancellation request via email.
• Notice to pause or cancel must be provided via email to info@aeonaesthetics.com.au.
• If services are redeemed post-cancellation without active membership coverage, a gap payment will be required.
• Customised skin memberships with a contracted end date are not eligible for early cancellation. These plans must either be paid in full or continued through to the agreed end date, as they are structured around a complete treatment program.
Quarterly Rewards
• Quarterly rewards are issued in September, December, March, and June.
• Each membership tier receives a unique reward, which must be redeemed within the month it is offered.
• Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be reimbursed, and will be forfeited if not claimed within the eligible month. It is the member’s responsibility to redeem their reward.
