New Skin Client Experience

If this is your first skin treatment, you're in exactly the right place.

Your first visit runs a little longer than a standard appointment, on purpose. Before we do anything to your skin, we sit down and talk. We'll ask about your skin history, your current routine, what you've noticed lately and what you'd love your skin to feel like. There are no wrong answers, and you don't need to know any of the technical language walking in. That part is our job.

When you're ready, you'll get comfortable on the treatment bed. We take a proper look at your skin under professional lighting and imaging, which lets us see what a bathroom mirror can't, like what's happening in the deeper layers and where your skin needs a bit of support. We talk you through what we're seeing as we go, so you leave understanding your own skin far better than when you arrived.

Then comes your time to switch off. We cleanse the skin gently, apply a nourishing SIMKA mask and rest you under LED light, a warm, relaxing therapy that helps calm and support the skin.

You'll leave knowing exactly what your skin needs and how to look after it at home, with a plan that's simple to follow and a team in your corner whenever you need us.

Once you're an existing client, there's no need to start from scratch every time. Your review is a shorter, focused appointment where we check in on how your skin is tracking. We look at what's changed since we last saw you, talk through how you've been getting on with your homecare and work out what's helping and what isn't.

Skin shifts with the seasons, your hormones, stress, travel and everything life throws at it, so your plan shouldn't sit frozen in place. This is where we adjust it. We fine-tune your treatments and your products to suit where your skin is right now, and make sure you're still moving toward the results you're after.

Think of it as a regular tune-up that keeps everything on track between your bigger treatments.

LED Light Therapy

One of the gentlest treatments we offer, and a lovely place to start. You rest under soft LED light while a SIMKA mask works beneath it. Naturally cooling and ultra-soothing, the mask hugs the skin, delivering hydration while calming inflammation. The light works with your skin's own repair process, and your therapist chooses the colours your skin needs on the day. Think of it as skincare you simply rest into.

The LED wavelengths your therapist may use:

Blue: targets acne-causing bacteria and helps calm congested, spot-prone skin.
Green: soothes redness and irritation
Yellow: boosts hydration and comforts sensitive or flushed skin.
Red: improves circulation and supports collagen for firmer, healthier-looking skin.

The higher the level, the more active the treatment and the more it targets specific concerns. You don't need to pick the right one yourself. At your consultation, we'll match you to the level your skin is ready for, and move you up over time as it gets stronger.

Level 1: Skin Reset

Our entry-level facial and the perfect first treatment if you've never had one before.

This is a gentle, hands-on treatment built around a thorough cleanse, a soft exfoliation to lift away dull surface cells, and deep hydration to leave the skin fresh and glowing. It's ideal for healthy skin that just wants a boost, for anyone easing in slowly, or as a regular treatment between your more targeted visits to keep your skin balanced and happy.

Level 2: Skin Correct

This is where we start actively working on specific concerns rather than simply maintaining the skin.

Level 2 introduces professional-strength products, including a light peel or infusion treatments to help active ingredients work deeper into the skin. You might feel a gentle warmth or a mild tingle during the peel, which settles quickly and is completely normal. This level suits skin dealing with congestion, uneven texture, dullness or dehydration, and you'll usually notice a fresher, brighter, more refined finish afterwards. If your skin has been coping well with regular treatments and you're ready to step things up, this is your next move.

It's designed for concerns like pigmentation, fine lines, uneven texture and overall skin quality, and the results build with each treatment rather than showing all at once. You'll feel a little more happening on the skin than at Level 2, and your therapist works to what your skin can comfortably handle, so it's always challenged, never pushed too far. This is the level to reach for when you want a visible shift, and you're committed to the process.

Level 4 hosts our most advanced professional techniques. It's built for clients who want serious correction and are ready to invest properly in their skin. Your therapist combines the right treatments for you on the day, working with our award-winning skill and care, and you leave feeling looked after from start to finish. If you want the most we can do in one appointment, this is it.

Your treatment may include:

O Biome facial: Your therapist starts with a double cleanse and exfoliation to prep the skin, then moves through an oxygenating enzyme treatment to brighten and refresh. A gentle lymphatic massage follows, which eases puffiness and gets everything moving, before a customised serum goes to work on your specific concerns. Microneedling

Think of microneedling as a nudge to your skin to repair itself. A device with very fine needles creates tiny channels across the surface, which kicks your natural repair response into gear. As the skin heals, it lays down fresh collagen, the stuff that keeps everything firm, smooth and strong.
